i used my j2 since 1 month & i faced network problem from 1st day of bye. when i go to no network area & comes to the network area my phone does not receive tower for long time until i restart. some time phone shows the tower but i can't make a call until i restart. any body help me how to solve this problem

notification panel is not working after loading new update from the 1st day... . Also sometimes network problems. Battery backup not good. so plz do smthing better for the problems.... otherwise ur company reputation will be decrease....

All Samsung Galaxy have music app but J2 have no...

after update the softwere notification slide faces some problm...i thik S BIKE mode is the main culprit of this problem....

Bought 1 month ago, best phone ever............... But now i m facing a problem after updating it. ie; sometimes my phone's notification drop down don't work......and than i have to restart it but problem persist again. Please fix it developers good luck.....................

rakesh , 01 Jun 2016yea dear m also dont need s bike mode.. i want my torch back at same place..you can do it by edit option given in the notification panel. it's easy. just press on the icon and arrange as per your choice.

Its 6 months bought my j2 it was having network issues laging problem battery draining fast but now its supereb no issues after latest update (j200gddu1ape2 ).

A great phone, have been using for almost 3 months. at this price range, Samsung J2 Is much more better than any other smartphones out there. when i bought it, the battery ran out fast, but after few weeks using my J2, the battery life is improving. i only need to charge the phone once a day even if I play games for long period of time.

Aezzy, 01 Jun 2016my J2 is not Charging fastly nd draining battery very Fast... hw to get rid of this???Follow these steps you will get good battery backup-
1. When u charge ur phone then switch off and then charge it(charge ur phone when battery level is at 20%)
2. Set brightness at min. Level.
3.check the battery stats which app is eating up more battery and force stop it
4. When u surf internet switch on the UDS mode it will help in saving battery drain to some extent.
