satish, 30 May 2016Was same here but solved after restarting it by removing the battery onceI too have this problem of notification panek.. even after factory restoring its not rectified.. will work after each restart. And after that it goes wrong again

1st one is hang
2nd one is notification panel is not working....
Restart the phone then they working 5 to 10 minuts what is it....

Anonymous, 30 May 2016I not able hide my pic...even after hideing them it showing in my gallery download apps like 'security 360', 'CM security' [which also act as anti-virus and clean up ur device], or any other apps lock from google playstore. Then choose the files, gallery etc tht u want to lock with patterns or password security

Its a good phone, but have some problems:
1. The networks on both the sims disappear several times.
2. Sometimes its restarts automatically.
3. It also have hanging problem little bit.
irrespective of all these problems this set is good, excellent touch, user friendly.

samsung j2 android is totally a useless one due to notification panel error...if u hv nt any solution for the prblm then why u hv louch this phone in the market...also it hangs a lot... so u r requested to solve this prblm & change ur software developer if they can nt do their best for satisfaction of customers... otherwise i will take help from consumer protection laws

andro, 28 May 2016I have tried it several times don't worry about data loss...okthanx bro it worked for me and no data loss.my cached data was 650mb and after swipe its 5mb only.. : )

Notification panel not working after latest update.
after restart its ... moreMy Samsung Galaxy j2 found a problem of notification pannel. It disappeared suddenly during use. It was resented and working good for moment but I same problem is appeared. It was taken brand new on 23 Rd dec'2025. Please solve the problem.

its happening due to auto network mode..
select gsm mode only for both of sim cards...manually ..

After Updating the latest Software Update,Having trouble in the Notification Panel...
It doesn't work..What should i do?
Or please solve the problem as soon as possible by sending next Update to fix bugs or whatever it is!
