Their lowest posted price for the Galaxy j3 2016 was US$132, on sale from a regular price of $189.
That sale price would work out to about CA$177. That's comparable to the prices I'd quoted earlier. I didn't bother checking to see what extra currency exchange surcharges there may be (PayPay typically charges at least an additional 3%) or what shipping options are available.
However, at the "regular" price, it would be significantly more expensive.
It just goes to show, you should shop around, because sale prices come and go all the time, and the best price today might not be the best price tomorrow.

AnonD-647741, 26 Feb 2017Why does some J3(2016) duos phones run on 3G only instead of 4G ? Mine has 3G only instead of 4G .It depends on your carrier and your sim card. Contact your carrier support. My phone (J320F) runs 4G perfectly fine

There's a passcode on it and I don't know what it is...so I did the home button, volume up, power factory reset but it still isn't working. I can only get to the wifi page without the passcode!

So I found some Canadian retailers, and quoted prices in Canadian dollars.
For what it's worth, Canadians can buy products from Target's USA online store. After their preferred exchange rate is applied, they would charge CA$233.46 for an unlocked 2016 J3 as of today. But that number will change every day as exchange rates change. And you'd be hit with extra taxes and duties at checkout.
