Help! Why it has huge black borders inside/on screen all sides?!?! It makes display smaller. Why is that?! It's extremely anyoing. Look at pictures with display on. I am thinking about returning.

The SIM card is not micro but is instead NANO. I bought the Micro SIM card but now I'll need to get it cut in order to fit the J3

Clean the USB port also and check if the issue is with your charger

It can play game like asphalt 8 on max setting without lag

It freezes, the battery is no good. I only had it for a couple of months. The speaker goes in and out if I'm listening to music out loud. 😴😴😴
