Please replayHi yes it happened to me, i took to the service to be repaired since i had it only for one day and they changed the phone, they gave a brand new one. Make sure you take it to the service specially if it is in the guarantee period!

Just bought the J3 phone this morning. Like it already. It's very easy to use and will do anything I want it to. Best $150.00 phone on the market in my opinion.
