if u're looking for camera phone under 10k INR u should buy Asus zenfone 2 laser ....been using it for 5months..no lagging issue....2GB RAM , 13mp rear cam with laser focus...

Good battery life, below average camera, extremely light weight, CPU is actually 1.5Ghz quad core, holds it's own quite well, LTE on SIM 1 and EDGE/2G on SIM2. You can also use two SIMs (micro) while using a micro SD card simultaneously which is quite rare nowadays.
GPU/Graphics are very dated and I wouldn't recommend it for gaming.
It would be a perfect phone with 2GB ram and a slightly better GPU, I don't mind the camera since it's a budget phone.
