mohsin khan, 14 Sep 2018its no supports 4G. its so bad! i m frusted.Of Course - J5 2015, supports 4G !
Everything is right but when i update to marshmallow v6.0.1 it reduces my storage from 8GB to 4GB
Akki, 04 Aug 2018That's the power of SAMSUNG....So Buy a New Samsung phone, due to lack of storage, and increase the sale of this costly phone. Samsung should Provide more Space benefit and also reduce the Cost, then we can stay with the same phone for years together - I still use the B7722 (basic Java Feature phone) a unique Dual Sim phone with 2 antennas and can receives 2 calls on one Phone - This facility is not available on any Smart Dual Sim Phones
GS, 02 Sep 2018Hi,if i update my j500fn from lollipop to marshmallow am i gonna face any problems ? Yes battery drain. Don't upgrade just enjoy
Hi,if i update my j500fn from lollipop to marshmallow am i gonna face any problems ?
I have a problem with my Samsung J5 Prime, he just let go of me (he went alone practically in eco mode by disabling me the pluspars of my applications which disappeared from the menu the bubbles of SMS notifications and number of MSG what'up and others are dimmed. I did PL US access to the keyboard to write anything. He's acting like he's in eco mode.
I also signal that the memory was almost full.)
-What do I have to do to find my phone without losing my applications and my images and other.
I've purchased this mobile (SAMSUNG Galaxy J5) in the year of 2015.
Pros of the mobile:
1. In terms of the display quality it shows a stunning and satisfactory results.
2. It has a very good camera quality sensor both front and rear cameras.
3. It has some advantages like Bluetooth V4.1 and OTG support.
1. The most disappointing thing is it's storage, it has only 1.4 GB user usable storage which is quite very unsatisfactory.
2. It is actually good with the Android V5.1 and the results with V6.0 are good but as comparison in between them the V5.1 is the better one.
3 And the last one is it's battery, trust me the duplicate battery i've brought works better.
Other than these disadvantages the mobile is very good, keeping the price in mind.
Kanywaji, 30 Jul 2018Guys please help my Samsung Galaxy J5 felt down and it broke the screen camera at the back, no... moresame problem in my hand set......if u solve this problem please tell me about that.....
Guys please help my Samsung Galaxy J5 felt down and it broke the screen camera at the back, now it has no glass and its exposed to dust and maybe touched with my fingers, currently my camera is not clear as it was can it be maybe washed or be wiped to retain clarity??
After update my j5 to marshmellow, camera was dificult to catch a focus. How to fix it?
Ive had this phone for over a year and can say best phone ive ever had. Very good and easy to care for. Dropped it from most ridiculous places and only small glass shatters. Memory is too tiny though, for most apps like snapchat.
I would rate it 8'/10 for my personal needs like calling, and social media app using!
BMS, 25 Jun 2018It support up to 5 finger touch point they says but it only support 2 fingersit is because i think the device you are using is the first samsung galaxy j5 that it only supports 2 finger multi touch feature the phone that have 5 finger multi touch feature you are mentioning is the samsung galaxy j5 (2016) version its a newer one than the samsung galaxy j5 make sure your phone is a samsung galaxy j5 not the (2016) version but if your phone is truly the samsung galaxy j5 (2016) and it does not support the 5 finger multi touch feature then you need to go to settings and fix some things or go to a samsung store to see what is wrong
