Hello. I got Samsung Galaxy J5 SM-J600FN yesterday. It is a nice phone for 200euros... But I experienced a problem. When I put a call in speaker mode, the person with who I'm talking won't hear me after few seconds and when I switch back to normal mode (speaker off) he can hear me. Now it started to happen in normal calls too. I did put network in 2G to consume less MB, I don't know if this might be a problem.
Anybody else experienced this? I'm wonder if it is a hardware issue or software issue.
Also, the volume buttons and power button is moving lil bit in left-right, I don't know if is a problem at all because are working. So, people who has this device, please let me know if buttons are same to you and if you experienced that call problem.
Thank you! Have a nice day! Robert.
PS: I'm sorry if my English is bad :p

Anonymous, 02 Nov 2015Does any of you experience the fast battery drain problem as me? If I run my J5 on 4G/3G the battery lasts about 10 hours with heavy use, but I now leave it on EDGE and it last two days with heavy use. Try that.
To all owners of J5, i noticed that if you keep pressing on back button for 1 second, it show the menu of a application, like was menu button.
prash, 03 Nov 2015samsung galaxy A5 or J5 which is better one.pi.suggestA5 has gorilla glass 4,more 500mb ram, but has smaller battery and it is non removable. Choose what you want.
if you want clear ram or low ram usage ...
just disable the useless app...
no rooting required. and u will be able to use warrenty services ...
Was looking for an Galaxy Ace II replacement - a true successor, this is it, even better (hopefully as long lasting).
I didn't risk it and put on a tempered glass screen protector, it seemed that the basic screen glass was mighty thin, up to 3 times thiner than on galaxy ace II.
J5, 03 Nov 2015Does the j5 have air view, motions and gestures? However, forgot to mention. If you root it and install Tasker, you can simulate air view, make gestures and such. But if you want for example double tap to wake, then we need to make a custom kernel, or wait for someone to do it :p
J5, 03 Nov 2015Does the j5 have air view, motions and gestures? It doesn't have. Probably has the sensors for it and doesn't support the software. I'm not sure, and in specs isn't specified. Maybe can be ported. There is no option for them in settings. Anyway, i don't need them :p
manjeet , 02 Nov 2015hi ..i am using samsung galaxy j5 for about 1 month ..for 20 day it was working very well b... moreI have 600-650mb free. You can remove installed apps if you root the phone and you also get more RAM. I'm using power saving and phone does work fast unlike what you're saying.
