Served me well for 8 years. Wish it wasn't discontinued, and that i bought the 32gb version because I had to debloat my phone because it reached 12gb system storage.

I brought galaxy j5 prime in 2016. Still working perfectly about 8 years. OS automaticaly upgraded lollipop to Oreo. Nice design & durable body but verry slippery. Good product.

Why does this not do the VOLTE what so ever, the 3G network on Vodafone has been turned off as of December 2023 and was told that the j5 prime won't use the VOLTE in 4G as there is no way to find it and it won't make calls at all from having the VOLTE
Not very impressed samsung....

Sorry but this phone has dropped its game , when the 3G network in Vodafone was turned off just recently it does NOT have VOLTE to be able to be used via the 4G network so it's basically useless so has to dump the phone for a updated new Samsung phone.... goodbye to the j5 prime its CRAP....

Still using this phone since 2018 even though I have a newer Samsung, such a durable phone coz it has gorilla glass

A semi militarry phone. I had been using it for almost 5 years. It worked perfectly.
Unfortunatelly the body was extremely slippery so It felt quit often. Finally It felt and drowned
into the well.
