About 40 % they already eqquipts with much less features & after that they reduce their price too much even can't provide nougat to international model..!!!!!
Unyora, 06 Nov 2017@Nicosam I already did what you told me but the problem didn't fix :(then I think your next and only option is to root that phone.
Unyora, 05 Nov 2017Hi nicosam!! I'm so jealous that T/T1 already got nougat :( sad to say I already got my J700P ... moreI think you may want to do a hard factory reset .... that should bring back its functionality. After the reset, then connect to WiFi to get updates, regardless unlock or not. Which brings another point .... you may need to pay online service to get it unlock.

I'm so jealous that T/T1 already got nougat :( sad to say I already got my J700P and it is difficult to unlock it here in Philippines. I also have some questions why is my J7 can't receive any file using shareit but it can send? And theres no mobile data icon or shortcut at the notification panel? BTW I already got the latest updates.
Been running Nougat 7.1.1 in the last few weeks now, and I'd like to share the experiences with it .... It definitely brought back new life to the phone, battery last longer, boots faster, lots of improvements in memory, storage - makes you feel like its a high-end midrange. the T/T1 & P variants are the only ones benefited from this update, sad to hear about it. But I do want to mention this J7 2015 -all variants - no longer has warranty. So rooting it makes a lot of sense, go for it, no worryies on 'bricking' it. Definitely will keep it as an active back-up phone, along with my S7-edge, which btw still on 7.0, and will get Oreo by next year.
my phone battery decresing quickly....what to do...can i downgrade the device to lollipop?
no security patch, no update nothing....
we should have done all these chats in official forum. so our favorite Shamesung could see. how badly we wants 7.0
Last not the least
2 minute silence for those people who think j7 will get nougat update.
Unyora, 04 Nov 2017Hi red can you answer my problem with my j7?J700P is a Sprint variant, you should take it to the nearest Sprint store and the techs there can help you - go to BestBuy, I bet the geek squad can fix it on the spot.

Can someone please help me.
J7 that came with Android 5.1.1-Lollipop, have already been updated to Marshmallow from their respective carriers having pulled from Samsung, and thus thereĀs no room for Nougat. J7 came with Marshmallow out of the box, will get update to Nougat from their carrier which gets Nougat OS from Samsung.
This is FACTS - check with Samsung ... Telco carriers dont develop OS - Samsung does with Google.
