I recently purchased Samsung J7 phone. I have a problem. During contacts, the voice I hear is often intermittent and broken and many times, I could not hear the voice whereas my voice is heard at other end. Somebody please help me by giving solution.

Plz tells your opinions......J7 has an auto-restart/shutdown feature aiming to reset running apps to be closed. If you enable the autorestart, that's probably the issue was. To check if you enable auto-restart. Follow the steps below.
Phone Settings>Personal>Backup and Reset>Device Management>Auto Restart
