Just put the network in airplane mode for few seconds or change the network mode from 4g to 3g or 3g to 2g for few seconds. .your problem may be solved temporarily. .but for permanent solution Samsung will release update soon. .

They also told couple of new features will also be added to your phone.
I have also faces same issue.better way to use only one sim till samsung fix this issue.

And second when i tap on flight mode in notification panel the airoplane icon gets highlighted after few seconds..its taking time as compared to before the update.

start chat and ask for remote support for jio network drop after latest firmware update. they will perform the same steps you might have done many a times but the issue got fixed somehow.
