Cons: Pricey for the specs, no led indicator, no tap-to-wake/sleep, no fingerprint, still has a physical home button (other brands already use on-screen navigation buttons), only 16GB internal (at this price other brands are at 32 gb), speaker has low volume

AnonD-621679, 17 Dec 2016i buy samsung j7 prime here in ksa and i send it in the philippines but network in the the phi... moreif I remember correctly, the same thing happened with my samsung S3 from a few years back. it came from Canada and was sent here in the Philippines. the person I got it from had to ask for the code from the carrier in Canada, mine came from Rogers.. they just emailed it to me and was able to use the phone with any local sim cards.

AnonD-587749, 18 Dec 2016Yaa..why this happens....any solutions Guess software matters, but only few user had this issue, i been use for 4 months but never have such of issue. Suggest you send back to the SAMSUNG service center not thier outlet. Strange....!
