Hi friends.....please tell me that is there any difference between factory reset by manul by pressing ( home key+ power key+volume up key) and factory reset by system setting with reset option. Because I have done factory reset twice through system setting to get rid off batery draining problem.but the problem is same her...after updating 33 mp updates I have not reset my phone.
2nd charge on my phone (on Nougat) and it lasted 3 days on my standard use, which is longer than the first charge. maybe the battery has calibrated more and I wasn't using the power saving mode the first time around. but the charging time seem to be longer than on Marshmallow. earlier I noticed what some has experienced as well. it was stuck on 89% for a long while, then later it was stuck on 92%, charging seem to get longer as it reach the 90% mark. kinda annoying that it takes longer to full charge it now but the battery lasts longer so I guess that's fair.

I experience the same thing in our home in the province. I can barely get any signal in any part of the house, but it works perfectly fine when I'm outside.
Why havent i still recived a software update for andorid 7.0, i have the european phone, please anyone help me?!!
I bought this phone 3 months back. Since then i have noticed that the main speaker volume is very low as compared to other samsung phones.
Some times i am unable to attend incoming phone calls if my phone is placed some 20 feet away from me.
Anyone among you, can u plz help me with a useful tip.

So call customer service and make a complaint. If you are with Jio no need to complain because they will not rectify your issues, I made a complaint as soon as their service started in my area, now it is nearly one year still no changes ... Getting same weak signals.

But it was there previously.and it has gone after factory reset

I have been facing an issue with this fone. everything was ok afrer 3 months purchasing of this this fone but now there is very poor signal and LTE internet speed at my home. it is very fast at open place like my terrece. I have to remove bettary and reinsert it and again restart fone.This is only temporary method which resumes net speed.
Can you suggest any permanent working solution to this problem?
Okay guys Ive flashed my j7 2016 via odin and I installed an Indian version of the nougat software... And its working perfectly fine.. I also rexived the 33mb update right away ... Its myb draining a bit more battery tha on 6.0 but thats mormal cause much more features we get.. I suggest you to flash it if you cant wait , bc theres no reason not to do it..
Well, A3 2017 just received Nougat update. I know because my friend got it, and he sent me pictures of it, so I know it's the truth. So, yeah... I don't really know where is the logic here. But it might be soon, though.
If you still face battery drain issues,go to Settings and scroll all the way down and find Device Manual(It's in the middle between Software Update and About device)
Check there,it will open a site where you get to see lot's of stuff about this device,and you should referer to the Device issue section or the Battery/Charging section.
Then read what it says.
If none of this solves the issue,wait for a 33MB update that brings some improvements,tweaks and bugfixes to the nougat update.After getting backup data and do a factory reset.(Use Samsung Cloud to back up your data by having a Samsung Account,because Samsung Cloud can even back up files)After the reset revive all your backed-up data and boom start fresh.
