Because I don't know what apps they use or how they they have updated to Nouget or what is their model number. There are many reasons of it.
Anyway I am just helping you as you said you are "victim" of of Samsung which is unacceptable for me. I advised you what I think is possible. It is not personal for me, but looks now you are personally talking to me.
Last thing I am not a god who can solve the battery issue or am a fan boy of Smansung who will stick to Samsung for life. I am a just real user who knows a little bit of devices and like to help others. If you are not happy with my advice than do not accept me. But attacking me will not help you. I am dismissing talking to you at this post because I have nothing more to advice you. Regards.

Never ever buy local Samsung phones because SAMSUNG first prioty ONLY for updates are International variants and not Local... shame on samsung... samaung will go down like hell because they are taking too long for the updates of Nougat in the Asian Countries specially Philippines

Anyway if your device is in warranty than you should replace it. Otherwise you can sell it and buy another device, as lots of better devices are there in the market now. Regards.
(Last but not least please don't think yourself as victim; but a consumer who has the power of choice. Last year I was using Lumia 540 and was very happy with it. But after Windows 10 upgrade, my camera stoped working and I lost the FM radio app with lots of other issues. So, in stead of sticking with it; I bought the J7 Prime in EMI option. So, it is my story. If something is broken; than either repair it, if possible or replace it. But waiting for a miracle is fruitless.)

They told me that "this is Motherboard issue and u've to change it ".
So i wanna ask u wheather all the J7 prime users who have upgraded their devices (who r facing same issue) have faulty motherboard ????
U can read reviews on Samsung member app..
Samsung has officially launched updates after the Nouget upgrade. These updates are for performance improvement, bug fixes and device stability. Many users have reported that after these update their battery draining and slow charging issue has been solved.
But few users are still not happy and feeling like victims which is sad. Personally I want to say them to visit the nearest Samsung service center for assistance. I am sure they will get proper help there.
Last but not least another few unsatisfied users who are regularly complaining about lack of Super Amoled, NFC, AoD, backlit buttons, camera quality etc. These are hardware limitation rather software issue; so these users please exchange and or upgrade your devices newer like J7 Max, J7 Pro from Samsung or MiA1, Moto G5 etc. Practically this is the best solution than stuck unhappy with a older device. Regards.
(Personally I am happy and satisfied with J7 Prime and On7 pro. But I am keeping on eye on some new devices like MiA1 and upcoming Honor 7X. May be till Christmas I will have another new non Samsung device for gaming/multimedia use.)
