This is the best phone i ever used. I bought on 2017 untill now 2019 still work well. I hope samsung will update in "J" series again. I love "J" series than "S/A/Note & etc.

You must have applied some stron... more I purchased J7 (2015) in August 2015 which automatically developed flickering in screen exactly after two years. I purchased J7 (2016) for my son online which also developed screen blackned within one year and three months. I replaced the screen from service centre by paying Rs.4250/- . In November 2017 I purchased the J7 pro which developed black spot on left side slowly occupied through half of screen. I use the J7 model from 2015 and I am confident that I have not at all mishandled the phone. Either the screen or the phone technology is faulty. I am not at all happy after spending Rs.49250/- on these phones. I request Samsung India to take serious note of my comment. If they wish to check I will produce the phone to anyone for inspection

I purchased J7 Pro one and half year back. It was working well but suddenly after upgrading black spot appeared on left side of screen which grew and captured half of the screen. I went to the authorised service station and they told me to replace the screen which will cost nearly Rs.5000/- my phone never dropped or mishandled by me. I think there is a problem with the screen because lot of users have raised the same problem. I do not want to spend Rs.5000/- on new screen in the absence of any kind of warranty. This was my 3rd Samsung phone with display problem and I will not buy any Samsung brand in future. I will not recommended to anyone to buy Samsung brand.
Iown this Galaxy J7 pro. It slips easily from the hands because it is very, very easily. It has cost me dearly.
Also the battery drains easily

I dont think this phone is best option to buy. The reason being its display gets damaged easily even if it falls from low height from the floor. I have seen many of other user of this phone had to change their display ,me myself suffering it even...more changing display of this phone is quite expensive than that of other phones.
