After 3 months this phone is the best budget phone....screen, battery, speaker, speed, low light camera...everything is really great !

Hi, my Galazy J7 Pro has less than 1GB memory left in it's storage. I have an SD card but I don't know how to use it so that it will transfer some apps memory and photos and videos in there. My previous cheap samsung is easy to navigate but this one. Please help. thanks

With great sorrow and regret I would like to inform you that I purchased samsung J7 pro on 3rd March 2018 and after using the phone I was very much uncomfortable by the touch,so I went to the service centre and got DOA (request no:4256727462)for it.
For replacing the mobile I had to go to jamshedpur on18th March which is 500km from my present location as i purchased the phone from there.This was a very hectic schedule for me.
As of now I am still facing the same problem of touch with or without the screen guard.Moreover now I am getting an additional problem of biometric sensor sometimes.
Please note that I have only used samsung mobile in past(grand,J7,E7) but never faced such an issue.
Now I think it is better to buy the cheap Chinese mobile rather than investing the hard earned money in samsung.
Please don't advice me again to go to your service centre and take advice from your engineer or again do DOA as time is really precious.
You can understand my pain for the above issue.Kindly arrange for the refund of my mobile so that I can purchase some other brand or may be Chinese mobile which seems to be more reliable than yours.

J7 pro battery life in mobile data 1.5 day. No any issues. Full charging 2.5hrs 0 to 100\_
I have been using j7pro for around 5months now and suddenly i see a black dot on the corner of my screen and it started getting bigger and it went blackout. I freel its manufacyuring defect because even my friends uses j7pro and same problem with his phone now

Phone is good for normal use. Little bit slower. Camera is good when photo is clicked while being stationary, otherwise pic is mostly blurred as it doesn't have image stabilization. Facing another problem as i am not getting a tempered glass for my J7 pro. With normal glass, its touch becomes very less responsive. Battery is good as well.
