I am using it for a month now its perfect no complaints dont even think about it u will enjoy it like hell as me go for it its best and bestest tab superb display

Anyway J Max supports 4g network including LTE or JIO SIM. But if your area has week network connectivity than the device will suffer. Alternatively you can use BSNL SIM if it has better service. Overall I will suggest you should use 2 SIMs. One to calling and other (from the best service provider) go data network. Regards.
AnonD-664986, 27 Apr 2017I wants to upgrade android version into marshmallow.I don't think it will get Marshmellow update officially. But you can root it and get custom Marshmellow ROM if you are lucky. But again rooting will break the warranty and custom Rom may have its own issues. I will advice you not to get marshemllow on it. In stead use it for few more months and buy a new tab with Android 7. Regards.

I have changed mobile phones like hell but was never satisfied with any phone but when i bought this it changed my world i was like in the sky just play any game on its big screen and u will go nuts about it its the best phone i ever had no complaints and remember it doesnt have any sensors except aceelero but that means less sensors more battery and last i would say its battery is top notch
Finally if r looking for a decent phone and can cope up with memory space and sensors then there cannot be any thing better then j max mark my words
My samsung galaxy j max tabs sim tray has broken. But there is no way to replace it in sri lanka. Samsung dealers havent it. So nearly 3 months i am using it with only wifi
Anonymous, 20 Feb 2017Latest update has reduced my network connectivity and my internet speed has degraded too much ... morei have this phone for about more than 5 months nd still i use it,,but i never faced any hang problem with this device,reboot ur device once every week either through automatic setting or manually ,it is good for your tab's health.. ;)

I think your screen is not original, it is duplicate piece. You should immediately visit A samsung centre to make sure your device is authentic one.
i had brought this j max in sep 16.it is a good tab with two sim and highly expandable memory jack capacity..but annoying me is, its touchscreen i dont which type of screen samsung made but it is poor in sensitivity and when i upgarade its software i notice that wifi get disconnect and reconnect automatically several times in just few span of time,though i am in full range.this not happen every day..also the lock screen is poorly designed by samsung,very few themes,no extra folder editing option,only two sensors..all of this shows samsung low productivity in designing its anroid software for this tab.i have j2 ace also,whose screen sensitivity is super,they both have tft screen...but whaterver this tab dont fall completely your expectation..i love to watch hd movies in dark room,love to play small stratigies games in big screen,nd also good for pdf reading,,,good for overall an average person...but sumsung must care about their customer satisfaction...

I am from India and I have not got any update for my J Max for last 1 week for sure. I think Samsung provides different updates to different countries. If you tried everything else than you should do at least a "Factory Reset", than visit the service center. If possible try to talk to people in your country who are using the J Max tab. Regards.
