I have an issue on my kzoom, there are times when the lens is making some flickering sound inside and when i look upon the screen there are shaky raining lines. Anyone experienced that?

Love this phone. It's camera is perfect with many features. The battery time charge and discharge times are fabulous. At the end, if you are looking for something different, go for it!

this Samsung Galaxy K zoom is 1 of the best phones i bought,unfortunately my suddenly had zooming problem,and suddenly zoom lens crashed ,,know if the zoom opens it don't close and when it close it docent open ,,,show to the service center told zoom belt is broken so NO SPARES NO FIX not even available the spare any where ,,,,ANY HELP

I was waiting for this update hopin... moreI prefer JPEG photos instead RAW photos.
I don't need RAW photos. The quality between RAW and JPEG is very similar and you can compress more the file with JPEG file.
The most importan thing to type here is WHEN Samsung will be release 5.0 Lollipop.
And no doubt for everybody: This is THE BEST Android camera phone made it ever !!!

There is no difference between lollipop and kitkat 4.4.2.
I was waiting for this update hoping that I would be able to shoot RAW photos, but aparently it may not be possible. Galaxy s5 cannot shoot RAW photos with lollipop....so..its just pointless to wait for this update. Its rather dissapointing, seeing that a mere nexus 5 with 8mp camera can shoot RAW photos...and this one may not.

I have got this phone and is THE BEST Android camera phone made it ever.
The quality of the pictures are amazing, and its OS has got everything I need.
I didn't find any dust about youare talking about.
Anyway, this is THE BEST camera phone.
You can buy it and you really enjoy with it hands on.

Don't buy this phone. I have had it for 6 months now and I hate it. I bought this phone specifically for the camera dis-considering the bulk of the phone and now the dust particles make the image blurry. It has gotten so bad that it has now started to show up on pictures without zooming. The screen heats up very much with regular use. Its very unpredictable. Sometimes it is very cool with the same usage and sometimes it heats up to the point that I have to shut it down. The battery is also unreliable. It drains so fast sometimes and stays the same sometimes with similar usage.

I went to samsung care and the replied Me that the lollypop version of samsung galaxy k zoom isn't release yet. . If anyone has got the lollypop version of samsung galaxy k zoom .. plz tell me when and from where you got it...
