Low quality build. Two months ago I bought new Samsung Galaxy K Zoom from Germany, few days ago xenon flash died. Samsung support is lousy, they don't want to help you but just to get rid of it because you are not from EU. Because I live outside EU I can't find official service where I can repair my phone under warranty. To find spare parts it's like a mission impossible. No software updates, there is no even a voice that will be updated to Lollipop. If you buy it because of camera like I did it, do not. Camera is no better than any other models of Samsung like S4, S5 or Note 3. Only big thing is 10X optical zoom if you need it.
Anyway, maybe someone of you can help me to find spare Xenon flash module?

Great phone... With all features of Galaxy s5 with an additional 10x optical zoom. Camera quality is exceptionally good. Just stand out from the crowd :)

Stay AWAY ! i owned 2 of them .., after few days DUST enter into the camera and all pictures when using zoom shows dust particles , if you use zoom to a clear background as sky or a white wall you will see all the dust ruining the pictures, Samsung thats a Photography phone so next time take care of its camera, very sad and furious

I was wrong with the appliance. I never convinced the resolution of the camera; they say it is 20.7 MPX but it seems is not. I've had phones with less than 8MPX that give me better pictures. At 3 months of use it started to overheat so intensely that if you don't turn it off maybe it melts. When I went to technical service it seems there is no availability of spares because after three weeks they don't give me a date to return it. Also they didn't put any accessory market such a case for protection.

c 115 is 16gig whit lte speed
C 116 only in China..no play store

I need to know is there any way to clean up the lenses. It often fills with dust when shutter oopen (but that can be wiped out). but the dust minute particles stay visible when we just see the lens backside. Any suggestions to over come this?

DerAstar, 17 Mar 2014well well fact that in cpu is written Hexa-Core and not Quad + Dual means that it`s true Hexa core?Normally you're using four "economy" cores, but,l when you're using games or other thinks which need performance, your phone is automatically changing on two performance cores or full hexa-core phone possibilities.
Probably for slower phone expenditure and more battery live.

After a few days with the K Zoom, I want to say that this is the absolute hybrid device for those who love the photography. Playing with the manual mode,adjusting the shutter speed n iso, I'm just staying stunned. And adjusting the shutter speed while zooming in, the result is fantastic. No shaky pictures, no blurry at at all. Congrats to Samsung..
