u right shiva..dust problem hell the picture clarity and quality also...lumia 1020 and 808 pureview rocks..i m using both k zoom and 1020...camera for 1020 is far far far better than k zoom if u not zoom it

This is the only Android smartphone with OPTICAL ZOOM and GSMARENA refuses doing anymore review about this phone !!!!

For me, this phone looks great, but I'm not sure aboute the advantage of the photo quality between this K and others (Sony Z3, Motorolla Turbo, Iphone 6 or Nokia)... Sorry for my grammar!

john, 21 Nov 2014i got the update via samsung kies..update is not avilable via ota..hurry just connect ur ph vi... moreAccording to my Samsung software Kies3 my Galaxy K Zoom has updated the latest firmware, and it is the SM-C115 device, so please stop saying stupid things on this site saying that there is an update to Android 4.4.4 KitKat when you knows this is not true.
In addition, GSMarena has not reported about this update nor anyone in this forum has been able to update the firmware officially !!!!

Screen breakage is not covered under the warrenty. They will consider it similar as dropping your phone in water. You will have to get it replaced but I suspect that it will be too costly. Please enquire whether if only the glass is broken or the display is damaged.
