Breaking news Samsung galaxy K 20MP X25 zoom and S4 zoom 16MP X10 zoom have superior Quality snap/images in world indoor and outdoor, it has been proven many times and i also saw the results originally pictures, powerful Zneon led, better colours and images Zoomed cristal clear... yet your Nokia 808 41MP nd 1020 41MP both offer 38MP images size is better but images looks brightly edited colours/ fake and X3 zoom..... So its your choice

Anonymous, 06 May 20141/2.3'' sensor size ? you kidding me samsung? this sensor has been used since Galaxy Camera fo... moreall digital compact cameras known to use the same size then they increase the pixel count ( all we know that increasing pixels gives more noise but more detail for the same sensor size ) and the final result is in the comparsion side by side under same conditions
further information : increasing sensor size mean changing the lens i think to more complex design so if you can pay about 1500$ to get about 1" sensor , so ask the company :P

Can a... moreIf you are talking about picture quality the K ZOOM is better (supposing the image quality isn't lower than the S4 Zoom).
The Sony's phones have a lot of noise in the image (the firts Z series were awful).
It's sad because Sony sells its best sensors to samsung and use the worst of them on their own products !

abc, 04 May 2014no need of 10x zoom...3x or 5x is enough. make it thinner abt 14mm and avoid minor hump also.... more3x or 5x is nothing. I Like to use zoom cameras and above 7.2x zoom makes all the difference, below that is just a waste of hardware.

1/2.3'' sensor size ? you kidding me samsung? this sensor has been used since Galaxy Camera followed by S4 Zoom, and now Galaxy K zoom still using 1/2.3'' sensor size??? increasing the megapixel won't going to increase quality. it's the increase sensor size that does the improvements. samsung is good at nothing but marketing gimmicks.

I like the look of the phone. Ok for a collector of mobile phones like myself. I wouldnt use it. I have the Galaxy camera. I'm into photography and I think you can't beat a good compact or SLR. Mobile phone cameras have got better over the years. They will never replace more traditional cameras though.
Saying that I have a Galaxy note 3 and I do use the camera on that quite a lot. Mostly to send people pics has it's to hand. Snap and send. I have a Nokia 1020 sealed in the box in my collection.
I wouldn't say it was the best. 41mp (38 effective) I think its great you can get that in a phone nowadays. But it won't sell more windows phones. Anyway the higher the pixel count the better for large scale prints. The human eye can't see more than 7 mp so on a 4.3 inch screen it's like any other camera phone.
