XD) I'd really be pleased to see a Galaxy K9 zoom with the design of the S9, this gorgeous camera. with f/1.7-4.8 variable and selectable aperature. the FPS is a welcom feature. but kept below camera. and all the goodies of the S9.

Love this phone! surprises and confuses everyone when a 10x Optical zoom pops out.
The added thickness isn't much of a big deal, ok so it's much thicker than newer phones but then those feel flimsy and fragile.
For those who don't know the difference between optical and digital zoom is basically that digital zoom isn't really zoom at all. What it does is stretch and crop the image at the same quality so you see larger pixels.
This phone for me is perfect when at gigs and festivals etc when you want to zoom right in to get that shot without having to be right in there in the crowd or by taking a SLR and detachable lens (which normally isn't allowed at these events)
Dear Samsung. Stop releasing expensive phones with minor improvements or software gimmicks and give us a new and updated version of these!

friend, 02 Sep 2017Just purchase an extra memory card. My phone has 80 gig of mamoryIve just purchased a sandisc 400gb memory card and it works with it! Samsung please rerelease the galaxy k with increased processir graphics and ram. Bought mine since release day and used this on holiday etc and will always be my fave phone.

My Samsung zoom is playing up. I love this phone, and can't find anything new that compares. Such a shame Samsung can do all the different series ranges with not much difference between them, and yet they had such a unique phone that stands out from the rest and they ditch it.

I love my Samsung Galaxy K Zoom, had the previous Samsung galaxy S 4 Zoom, but this is brilliant, takes wonderful pictures, only 1 small snag the battery runs down too fast.
It's a shame Samsung didn't carry on making the next model Camera Phone.

rawhitijnr, 27 Jul 2017I love my K Zoom. I accidentally overheated it and burnt the charging port so now charge the ... moreIf you wish, you can have the charging port replaced. The replacement connector can be found on ebay or at rounded (dot) com.
There exist repair shops who can do this for you, but sometimes they want you to bring the spare part yourself.

I love my K Zoom. I accidentally overheated it and burnt the charging port so now charge the battery externally. I don't want to get another phone, I love this phone but I cannot find where to buy another one. There definitely isn't one in NZ and I don't really want to spend $1,000 or anything near it as the original price was $300. My friends keep telling me to update as I sometimes run out of battery mid conversation, and have to take out the flat battery and put in the charged one. Why didn't they carry this series on?

I love my K Zoom. So much so that I've been dragging my feet to update for way over a year! Is there anywhere in South Africa where they are still available, or a newer version? I am a huge wildlife fan and want the same phone just because of the camera. Is there anywhere in South Africa where they are still available?,If not, is there anything with a similar terrific camera available?

I have a problem with the camera. I loose a grip on it and it fell while the camera was still on. It got broken. After a few months, it did work again. It isn't as good as before. Now, it doesn't work again. I only see complete darkness when I use the back camera. How would I fix it?
