Don't update to android 11 since many report in grup said many bug there such as draining battery issue and decreasing performance. What you get in android 11 is not worth it anymore.

Have been using it about 3 months and i thinks finger screen reader is worst.

It is a good phone but since the last software up date my phone doesn't go sleep mode only when its charging. What can I do? Its annoying me.

since the last software update, phone starts to misbehave, screen is hard to open and closing it to reopen another or closing an app to open another becomes a big issue. Shuts down times when calls are initiated

M11 is waste device and it has no more screenshot options like 3finger swipe. And want to add more buttons to quick panel but no more adding buttons are there. We are expecting more features from u.want to update software with more features.

The M11 Samsung mobile is good. But the mobile Screen got locked unexpectedly, we could not reopen the screen locked, we went to the service center nearby it is vain, they con't help us to locked to poen . Do the needful guidence for the same, thank you.
