Samsung m20 shows a option to 'end call', before I try to end a call if in case person other side ends the call then it the ' end call ' option becomes 'video call ' suddenly then a video call goes back to that same person. This happend many times .
Samsung a great company has a stupid software design like this . Bull shit

You don't wanna buy a phone and come here for guys to help you pick a better phone. They are all hypocrites.... They are never satisfied with any phone, or say anything positive thing about any phone. Maybe they want phones used by aliens... Smh

It is very difficult to buy a good phone that helps you basing on opinions here. I spent almost 3 hours checking on a phone and when I think it's the best the opinions are contrary. This platform is very technical. Guys be giving authentic opinions rather than junk.

I had m30 before with 4gb ram and it didn't drain the battery, it worked perfectly, but I didn't like amoled screen, although is nice, from other side looks little unnatural. Someone told me it doesn't matter 3 of 4 gb ram about m20, just do the factory reset after the upgrading.

Don't buy, worst mobile, waste of money.Hang almost two times in a day,heating problem whenever charging and taking calls
