i'm using Galaxy M20 now for several weeks, the only issue I've encounter is when I use the Camart application and standby it for about a minute. the screen just hang, power button and volume key is not fucntioning. it last about 5mins. then it function again. Can you explain why a 3G RAM is hanged by a camera application?

3 days after last update ( 73mb) my m20 now stabilised.
Battery drain issue solved automatically. Charging time is like before, no major change.

battery drains too fast after the last update ( 75 mb )
it has last longed more than 3 days of my normal use but now it lasts long only 1 day.
Please do something SAMSUNG.

HououinKyouma, 23 Apr 2019Android Pie is not good for this phone every Android upgrade has more features etc.. and that ... moreyes you are correct, because Google still not release service pack for this Pie. Just look the Android 7 and Android 8. they have the update version (Ex. 7.1 and 8.1)
we hope Google Android Q will fulfill the Android Pie Battery drain issue.
Android Q settings interface are related to Samsung One UI version.
If Samsung gives One UI verion for Android 8.1.0 then that is much more better than Android Pie update for M20.
Samsung is best in world.

I never see any of the mobile phone like this type of update (mention other thing and release update for other issue rectification) may be any spy purpose (for facebook, browser app)
Google map isn't working accurately, every time we need to calibrate the compass and use the map.
speaker sound system isn't good for video apps.
poor 4G signal strength (Nokia 6.1 working -75dBm but M20 working as a -92dBm in same coverage area)
wide camera colours are very poor (too much of yellow color)
battery drain quickly for Google apps (Chrome, play music , Google map, and even for settings also)
Samsung please rectify the above issues and build the good customer relationship.

Facing serious battery drain issues after last update ( 73 mb on charging issue rectify). Charging also slowly than before on my 32 GB version.
I don't know what type of update Samsung has released. it's pathetic..

where is battery charging issue rectification updates for M20 - 32GB.
Samsung please release the security updates for Android for every month and rectify the issues that related to M20.

Please somebody help. I'm using my phone since last March and um having a bit confusion with proximity sensor. My phone display doesn't go off when i am in a call. This happens always. And I couldn't find any option to turn off my display/proximity sensor during a call. I need to know weather it is a factory default setting or a issue.
