Abhi, 08 Mar 2019This time Samsung disappoint the user. Don't buy this mobile. It's worst product..Yes Abhi you are correct. Guys don't buy mid range mobiles from Samsung. Samsung not care for mid range mobiles users, they didn't give latest Android os or security patch for every month (Android ONE). Huawei is best for all prices. Huawei is King of Mobile phones. Huawei gives latest OS and every month security patches.

Guys don't buy mid range mobiles from Samsung. Samsung not care for mid range mobiles customers they didn't give latest os or security patch for every month. Huawei is best for all prices.

And in Malaysia here, all the SAMSUNG M series are for sale online only too like in Philippines.

Worst phone, battery not work like as 5000mah, after using continuous some time it will be crashed or screen hanging issue apper. Use less mobile.
Waste of money if you buy that mobile.

Pandiyan, 07 Mar 2019I think still you didn't start to use the M20. better you install 8 or 10 apps and see the bat... moreYes i have more than 10 apps and battery very excellent, you can try lenovo k8 note and honor 10 lite or see battery test on youtube to see if there are other device still best from this in the same price, and also apps run in background it is normal to consume more energy like a facebook.

If yes so how long it stays for normal uses?Yes i have this phone and in normal use like browse and youtube it stay 1 day and a half and brightness on average and ,If intensive use yes maybe from 8 to 10 hour ,You can see battery test on youtube to be sure, And if you compare this device with other in a same price you will find this device is the best.

Wow! A lot of complaints as usual samsung haters of course. Well first the battery problem. When you bought it did you drain it and charge it with out opening the phone for 8 hours straight? Yes every one needs to do that sales person will never tell it because they don't care of the after sales. Never let the sales person test the charger on your unit during point of sale because it would disrupt the factory charge of your phone. The philippine sale? Still didn't have a clue why it' available only online? Of course this is the Philippines! Where online ahopping is a nightmare! If the review here is accurate then d#mn! You can't do anything about a faulty unit like a raw product being sold as a solid one. And for those who wants to know the reviews for the camera regarding this phone its available in you tube as always, the low light just is superbley horrible fot the back camera. What do you expect it's all about the notch and battery nothing else. So complainants before buying do some research first so you would not look dumb @s##$ after the purchase.
