Network catching power is very poor. I bought 6gb ram.
In my ship I ovserved that, Samgsung J1 can catch network very fast than samsung M21.M21performance is not good. I am disappointed.

I hv bought Samsung galaxy M 21 six months ago
Bt , 2 times became a purple smudge in the corner and became totally purple and off display and changed display at service centre twice and using wth tempered now had a crack on the screen now agn came purple dot I'm afraid of being totally display off
Over heating problems also whn using zoom sessions automatically off within 20 seconds continuously
I'm not satisfied .............investing money on this model
Anyone cn explain please normally happens for other models too or only issues wth M21???

Kokuyo, 20 Jul 2021You can get A - series which are better than m - series. Suggest a used some A series to buy in 2021 under 120$ or 8000₹ budget which overtake m21.

It's just that they cut a lot of corners in M series that you're better off buying A series.

Phone was working fine for 1 year. Exactly after the warranty period the problem started. Phone hangs and starts automatically. Tried factory setting and safe mode. The issue continues. I preferred only Samsung phones before but m21 made me to change my opinion. Thanks to Samsung

Samsung M21 is again following the legacy of Samsung phones, that is getting hung and heating up etc. I purchased this phone last year, and within 6 months it started showing its tantrums. It gets hung and restarted if I open 2 applications together to switch between, that means not doing multitasking and getting heat up. I mean why we should purchase such a heavy configuration phone if it fails to match with a normal basic functionality of opening multiple applications at a time. On top of it, it gets my number unreachable out of no where, and only gets reachable if I restart the phone. This drama of restart and hung happens EVERY DAY 5-10 times (somedays even more). You can trust if it can make you through a meeting or will shut down in between. Even the customer care only suggested to reset the phone. Conclusion : DONT TRUST SAMSUNG

Don't buy any of the samsung m series products as the phones gets heating up quickly and I got a M31s in August 2029 which had same issue and motherboard failed. Major drawback with Samsung, their authorised service centers not run by Samsung and these third parties are not giving replacements for their failure instead they are doing patching works and trying to sell extended warranty for one more year.. better go for different brands who offer immediate replacements for h/w or s/w failures
