Got it fixed within 2 hours at local SAMSUNG Customer Service Center under warranty (new display). Experienced perfect service. Since then no more issues at all...

I bought m21 on 21st feb 2021 and the display started bleeding in April 2021. Since its been single handled with extra care always
When I approached Samsung customer service they asked me to pay 4800/-. And will take 7 working days to change. Poor customer service and cheap quality by Samsung. Will never choose Samsung in the future.

dk, 19 May 2021better for people who use phone only for calls, whatsapp and minimal browsing. have issues in ... morenot good for minimal users also. i use my m21 for calls whatsapp and browsing and at max 2hrs of video in a day. but still am getting less than 24hrs backup and phone restarts on its own sometimes. not a good choice at all.

The battery backup sucks. i am getting hardly a day. And i dont have games in my phone at all. I watch series for maximum of 2hrs in a day. But even though i am getting battery backup for less than a day. The more painful thing is its charging time. from 15 to 100%, its taking almost 3hrs. after charging for so much time, not a good battery backup at all. Samsung really messed up the battery backup of this phone with its updates. and phone restarts all of a sudden sometimes. As a sufferer of Samsung M21, i wouldn't recommend this phone to anyone.

Samsung has disabled the CA in all the M and F even though the chipset supports it. I have seen M21 not supporting the CA in the jio network in India

Worst phone and I have been regretting for buying this phone. Keypad often stops works.tuch screen get stuck .oh God please save me from this phone

worst phone it restart automatically. I am unable to use it. every 2 min of usage it restarts
