One of the worst phones I have ever used. It gave me restarting issues (problem with the RAM), as well as problems with the display and power IC. Samsung's customer service response to these issues was also very poor. They acknowledged there is a problem with the M21 series but refused to offer any compensatory solutions. Many phone repair technicians also mentioned that they have received similar issues with many M21 (and as I remeber M15 and M31 too) phones. Please don't buy this one.

I own a Samsung Galaxy M21 since 2020 and I am also very satisfied with it, as it's got everything I want. It's such a solid phone and an excellent daily driver. I keep it in a case since day one and it looks almost like brand new to this date. The only issues are that it doesn't receive software updates any more, and the battery is somewhat degraded after 4 years of use. Best phone I've ever had, I hope that my next one will be as good as this one.

I've been using this phone since its launch in 2020, and although it seems they stopped providing software updates after December last year, it still works perfectly. The phone is excellent—fast performance, a good camera, and everything functions smoothly. Samsung should produce more phones like this in the ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 range. You really don't need anything better than this.

I still have this phone since release. Still works perfectly. Some cosmetic wear and tear. It also updated to One UI 4.1 Core with Android 12.

My M21 start rebooting after almost 4 years. I update it to the last firmware one month ago. Do you think this is software related? Is it planned obsolence?

Commenting here using my M21. Bought it back in 2020. Recently bought iphone 11 pro. But still this is my primary device. Love it. Great display. Still a decent phone for the price you pay.
