Reading 'fake reviews on M21. Wtf ?? It is best phone ever. Over 100installed apps, heavy user, dual apps, ZEROO ISSUES. And it is 4/64. Better 6 /128. After redmi note 7 pro, which has better procesor, this one is much better overall,more stable, oneUI is best. I would switch only to a52 or wait for a53

15 months over..phone was good but after 15 months started hanging,restarting.did reflashing.service centre replaced the mother board..paid rs.7000 +..now okay..but for how many days..? because my friend phone's display gone same model and same timing...please don't go for this phone.. Samsung should have given a discount for mb replacement....

15 months over..phone was good but after 13 months started freezing,restarting etc..did reflashing..but lasted just 1week..service centre replaced the mother board..paid rs.7000 +..now okay..but for how many days..? please don't go for this phone.. Samsung should have given a discount for mb replacement..but they get so many fools like me,am sure..for me so many other phone company s are there..bye..

Really nice phone, stysfiying much, great battery really fit to me who doesn't like charging phone oftenly i just need to charge this phone one for 2 days..love this phone

i hate this phone. i was bought last year , i was used around six month, after six month phone auto restart again and again. this is not a genuine phone.so i was change my phone to iphone. never buy this phones

Samsung mobile company always claim that the company support her customers and the phone of company is better than other like Reshmi and vivo. Company also claims that Service of company is very good but reality is different. When customer buy the phone company treat like a rudely and if any defect happen in mobile phone the service center of this company not rectify the defect under warranty. They all say that this defect not under warranty. I recommend that never buy a samsung phone. Because the product also very pathetic and the service of repair under warranty is very poor.

I have been using this M21 for the past 1.5 years not a single episode of crash or lag happened. Its camera is the best in segment.

I am a person and no bot. It is indeed the worst phone ever, I wonder why people even go for Samsung anymore and I deeply regret my decision. Mine also restarts at any given time...and sometimes it doesnt even restart till the battery drains out. The worse part is I wonder who is even listening to consumer experiences and what the hell are they doing about it? The just want to cheat you at the end of the day.

Mine has already 1 years, and its has some serious problems, feel like emmc even its using ufs, and the screen often blinking like crazy

I bought my m21s a year ago for small uses. it kept restarting rapidly. so i gave it to the service center within the warranty period and repaired it. Then my phone started overheating. Heating up until if I can fry an egg on it. Then now there is an error saying "bluetooth not responding". worst phone ever

Literally the worst phone i ever brought in my life. Not even 5 months in and i'm seeing constant restarting.
if you try to launch any game the phone will restart 2 mins in always. It restarts at night while chatting. While talking on the phone, it's a nightmare. And so far no solutions of any kind.
people are talking about motherboard being damaged irreversibly by an update or poor manufacturing. This is not the quality I expect from a brand such as Samsung. a huge amount of people are reporting this issue yet nothing has been done to address it.
I'm not buying anything Samsung ever again. This is it for me

In this Model before warranty ends display is been fully black out . When visited service center they saying due to water log but its not by water log quality issue. Likewise 3 -4 of my friends faced this issue and said same issue and it will not cover under warranty.
Need more intervention from Samsung Service.

M21: After a year of trouble free use, it has started freezing and restarting. Seems this is a common issue. Did not expect this. No official word from Samsung on this

The phone hangs and switch off automatically screen rotation issue and exchange value of the phone is less than poco M2. So better think before buying
