Anonymous, 05 Jan 2019Does it say anywhere what SOC it uses?Man M series are replacement for J series apart from much bigger batteries and a bit bigger display its a same crap as J series was.
They will ask 100 more price for bigger battery and same shittty screen but dont expect super B specs worth for a midranger device.

J: JunkThe M series uses IPS which in an inferior quality display compared to AMOLED which A,J series use so no, J series compromised features to offer a superior display technology, M series is the chinese formula, add features, copy iPhone x design
and limit quality, like the IPS display and phones made of glass but not gorilla glass, simple thin glass with subpar scratch resistance.

Anonymous, 07 Jan 2019wait Samsung use IPS screen? notch? 5k battery? it is not samsungIt's samsung trying to defend themselves from the chinese, this M line will match price and features of huawei, xiaomi and such phones, of course samsung wouldn't build a phone with a cheap, notched screen but a this point they have no other alternative I assume, they already had to outsource some phone manufacturing to china, it has gotten that bad for them.
