1) Find a friend of yours who owns a Samsung device or you can rent one
2) Login to you account from that device.
3) Export your chats and backup your images or on Google photos.
4) Sync your contacts with your Google account.

any suggestion what to replace it with? been using it for 2 years and is time to change but can't find anything as reliable/performant and good battery life with more up to date performance/internals.

The phone is working as new as i about in 2019 October. No issue till date. Battery now Giving a on screen time of 9 hours.

I buy this phone on early 2020, after 1 year this phone keep restarted and I go to samsung center then they said I need to change the main board and its about 70usd, and now end of 2020 this situation happend again my phone keep restarted do I need to change the MB again :(

I had been using samsung m30s since 2k19 and it was working perfectly fine but last year it just restarted on its own and i can't even enter boot mode or do a factory reset. I used to like Samsung products but after that incident..hell nah..
When i visited a service centre they told me that there is some issue with my IC chip and it need to be replaced. The problem is they don't make those ic chips now. I've literally lost all my data cuz i had backed it all up in my samsung account. All my 2FA, gallery, my chats with my grandpa who died last year. It's been in a repair shop since an year and half already. Can anyone help me to recover my data from samsung accnt.

My M30s died after 2-3 years of usage, now i have doubts about buying a new Samsung device. I wonder if the problem is only common with low end series i. e. F and M, or is it also happening to A and S-series?

manish, 21 Sep 2022M30s and all m series phones are having restart problem so don't by Samsung phones same... moreNot only M series, F 41 is also having the same problem of restarting. When i visited service center without even touching the phone they told that the mother board has to be replaced and the cost is Rs.7000. During my visit a customer who got mother board replaced again came with the same problem. It is a pity that samsung could not rectify the fault due to which lakhs of customers are suffering and forced to invest in other. I lost two phones one M31 and another F 41 due to the restarting problem and I swear to never purchase a samsung mobile again. Luckily for my F41 i got a mother board of another mobile with screen damage and hence could save Rs.7000. Samsung mobile no.

Have been using since original launch 2021.. I can confirm for has had absolutely NO issues .. no restart or other issues..use it heaving for daily use including 5 hrs of video daily ..news streaming etc.
Screen I'd AMOLED .. now the M SERIES HAS Tft Display ..I guess for cost they have downgraded but we were lucky to get AMOLED and they ha e absolutely smooth view .
Sound is a little less and maybe it's not stereo or lower in power but I can manage indoors . Outdoors with street noise is can be q bit soft so headphone are needed

M30s and all m series phones are having restart problem so don't by Samsung phones

I purchased this phone from Amazon India in 2019. After returning to the USA, I found out that the phone absolutely will not connect to any USA networks. And yet the Airtel Nano SIM that I use, when placed in some American phones, connect just fine. The specs posted by GSMArena would seem to state that the phone ought to connect to any network under the sun, but that is not the case at all! Anyhow, when I go back to India in a couple of months, I plan to give it to a needy person as it does work fine in India. As I live in the USA for the majority of months in a year, I will never buy a phone released in India ever again. Also, it is interesting that any USA phone I have ever had, connects to 4G networks in India just fine! Go figure!

Very bad experience about this phone.I never expect so bad product from samsung.Withen two year phone starts now and then.I have more old radimi note 4.I am running it still now.I thing in low budget phone Samsung is using old parts.I always tell low budget people not to buy it.Company is chitting with poor people.Without knowing anything they are purchasing those type of phone.In our country there are no rules regarding quality control.If it done in another country they have to return the all faulty product.

Worst experience. Exynos chipset that to with 10nm is the main problem.
Now my phone reboots itself atleast 20 times in a day. Waste of money.

My M30S Phone freezes suddenly and unable to open it any way, SAMSUNG cheated to their customers with this type of faulty mother boards. please don't buy this product and avoid your hard earned money
