Note 10, 28 Nov 2019..even Galaxy A10 (FN105) i thinkNot really, I had previously used A8 2018 (SM-A530F/DS) and A8+ 2018 (SM-A730F/DS), both had Samsung Pay & NFC, but model numbers dint have FN, even my S9 didn't have FN, despited having SamPay/NFC. May be Samsung has started this with newer models, but Samsung always treats EU with NFC, that's for sure.
