More than one year use. No motherboard or any other issue. For everyone who yells for issues, my question is whether you have used it with care?. The phone is absolutely fine. Value for money. One of the best mid-range smartphones in the market

Samsung Galaxy M31 is the worst phone, I have ever used. Check its reviews on Youtube. There are motherboard issues in this phone. I am going to consumer court for this.

I was using Samsung Galaxy M31 (the worst phone) from 14.08.2020. Since I have one more phone, the use of this Samsung Galaxy M31(the worst phone) is average. In starting it worked good, but on 26.12.2021, this Samsung Galaxy M31 (the really worst phone) hanged for the first time. When I visited Samsung service centre on 27.12.2021, they told me that it was the issue of motherboard and I have to change the motherboard (which is approx 7000INR) of this Samsung Galaxy M31 (really the worst phone). So its my advice to all, not to buy this series of Samsung, as you can search about 1000 videos of this failed product od Samsung. Unfortunately I have lost all my data, but I will write its genuine review at every prestigious platform like GSM Arena/mouthshut/online shopping websites and full the youtube/internet by making videos of this failed Samsung Galaxy M31 (The really worst phone), so that buyers can save their hard earned money, and go for another product. Since you can check its review at youtube/Google by Samsung Galaxy M31 or M series Motherboard problem, I am not uploading the video of this Samsung Galaxy M31 (the really worst phone). mobile has a value for money. best in segment , battery lasts for 1 and a half day, best gaming experience.

My M31 battery still going strong, 18 months phone, battery still last me one whole day of heavy usage, end of the day still had 25% battery juice.
GPS works perfectly, camera beyond my expectation for the small price I paid, signal is strong, all apps run smoothly.
Great phone for such small price.

the problem of motherboard crashing is happening wit everyone and screen damage is also common same happened with me if it is happening with so many peole it is not our fault it is compney's manufacturing default . they should either replace or refund to people coz it is a trust issue many of us bought this phone coz of trust in samsung .

Never ever buy this phone i had buyer bcoz samsung is known for a perfect brand but after buying this I'm banging my head why i choose this instead of moto or so many options...
After 1 year while taking pics on diwali it shut down nd tilll now it never get on nd if u gonna sell it they will only give u 6-8000 🤦♀️nd if u want to change its mother board it will cost 6k nd they will.provide u only 3 month guarantee after that still few phons are hanging again so it will better to buy realme vivo oppo moto micromax note 1redmi but samsung no way

shree, 07 Dec 2021Yes, Same thing happened with me. My m31 just shut down while watching a video and never start... moreHaha i remembered the screen price wrongly, should be USD 48 instead, this is quite reasonable, so far my phone never encountered any other issue.
Anyway as i said earlier the screen damage was my own fault as I drop the phone at night on road side & step on it, so can't blame Samsung for the quality.

Dont purchase samsung M series mobile phones... It is waste of money. Mobile phone stuck frequently, when you check with authorized service partner for this kind of issues, they will simply say, Motherboard needs to be replaced.. Having M21 and M31 both having the same issues...

Actually, this M31 does not support NFC from the www.samsung.com page on the M31 which is said to not support NFC, too bad
