If you are still under warranty I suggest you contact the mother company. I bought mine and had crack within one week. I feel like taking it back for glass screen replacement. But because of too many protocols, I kept my cool.
Even cheaper products have better customers friendly packages.

My samsung m31's screen is broken and I took it to Samsung office ,I was told the phone cannot be repaired ,that it isn;t for nigerian region .And m like why then was the phone produced and sold in nigeria if it isn't for nigerian region.

Decent phone, tons of bloatware as typical of Samsung, but a great battery. Doesn't seem to support encrypting the main disk thouhh, only the SD card.

[deleted post]I have m31 and trust me after latest one ui 3.1 update its runs flawless and one more thing for performance enable devloper option and stop runing service that helps a lot for battery

Riverplay05 , 30 Jun 2021my phone if it accepts the OTG. Check your OTG cable.My had no issue wtih OTG, I do noticed it doesn't work on some old OTG cable or adapter though.

Anonymous, 12 Jun 2021Yes. It do hang a lot while using normlyI'm using M31 nearly 7 months and I didn't face any hanging issue till now.
I'm a normal user. For a normal user, it's a good device according to price.

The "hanging" issue (phone not responding to touch) in the unlocking screen can be fixed by disabling Display->Accidental touch protection.

The phone is good . It even ran HDR graphics on pubg I only see phone over 300 dollars to have performance like that . Really smooth gameing experience. I bought 8Gb ram and 128 rom version . I bought it sealed packed all though it sometimes gets stuck while doing some normal activities it was unusual . I used the phone about 3 months the only issue was the rare crashes other than that the phone was a good phone . For a phone for that price I can’t argue it .

Is it normal, does anyone facing same problem,
I also used Samsung j8 ( 2018) it has 4gb. 64gb. Ram& Rom. But it never hang during three years,
Suggestion please ,,??

Anonymous, 31 May 2021I did that and still i have got 2.3 usable i dont know whats the problem and about what you sa... moreThis shows that there are some apps especially games that take much space in the memory. Anyway if it does not slowdown your phone then why bothered. Else..still go to settings-battery and device care-memory and click on 'clean now to free some space.

Akhila, 02 Jun 2021does this have a pulse notification light?Don't think any phone still need notification light now, there is AOD, all the necessary are displayed on the screen such as message notification, battery percentage, missed call, time till fully charge.
When was the last time you change your phone ? Are you still using J7 series phone ?.. lol
