My M31 still rocking solid after 27 months, no issue at all, the battery still last me a whole day despite i set the charging to 85% max, totally worth it for a phone that merely cost me 180 dollars when i bought it in 2020.

I purchased Samsung M31 in 2020. The mobile phone functioned well for two years. But after two years, first the speaker of phone displayed problem and after some day the phone had got automatically switched off. When i rushed to service centre, the man in service centre told me that the motherboard of phone got damaged and required to be changed and some other problem is there. Total cost of repair will be approx 8000 to 9000. I totally disappointed with samsung. First time, i purchased the phone from samsung and it happened . So, i will not recommed anyone to purchase phone from samsung. Now, i purchased mi phone.

I am using M31 for nearly two years, and is working good. The only thing I am not satisfied is the camera quality. The screen is awesome, the battery life is amazing, no problem with gaming. For me, only the camera is not good.

Been 2 years since I got this (Indian version)
It still works fine. However, recently (been a few months) my M31 sometimes restarts by itself or while I'm using it, it will freeze to the point it restart.
Overall I'm really happy cause is great budget camera phone with XL battery

Motherboard issue was repaired with them has 1 year also 2 year, that's not normal, lol

If you are gonna buy new midrange device then sure go for A53 . Because its gonna get 5 years of update support. (4major os updates). Its something like the Flagships update policy . Most other brand midrange devices only provide 2-3 years of software support. So I can say that A53 is something worth, price is a bit high .

Indian, 16 Jun 2022Instead u should think for M51 or F62 I and my friends used samsung m31. Nearly after one year motherboard got issued. U can't use the phone after that.
