this handset has a very bad '' add '' issues , can't use hanset properly because of so many adds are displaying in every 10seconds
if this problem of mind will not being solved by customer cares .. i do not refer anyone for this brand or this handset .

Oliver Queen, 20 May 2022Should I buy M31 or S9+?S9+ in 2022, are serious? Where can you get a new S9+ ? Which country you lived in ? Is a 4 years old phone with zero support, you have even have parts problems later...
Even M31 is already 2 years old, if you are short of money, get your self a Xiaomi Redmi or Poco instead, there have many phone below 200 usd.

According to reports M31 & A51( A51 2020s best seller ) both the midrange devices might get an additional update of Android 13 ONE UI 5 . Since Samsung promised 2 updates for its Midrange devices, its strange 🤔. No official confirmation yet!

This phone is really better still a 2020 device is good being used in post 2022, Hope SAMSUNG will provide Android 13 for this device! Not sure ! Camera's are perfect 💯 still well i.e selfie and main camera are better for still shots !

Will keep this phone until 2023, as can't find anything better to replace my M31.

I purchased m31 in 2021 Feb. Just 4 days prior to expiry of warranty my phone developed problem of restarting itself. I approached Samsung service centre they told its prob with motherboard.since it was under warranty they replaced motherboard. Now exactly after 2 months again same problem developed. Now they are saying it will be paid fr 7100. Wat the hell. Are we purchasing these phone to get it repaired exactly after 1 yr and paying a whopping price.

Android 12 run much smoother than Android 11, maybe is the new One UI, whatever is it, my M31 like having a makeover, good job Samsung
Will be keeping this phone for another year, since the new M33 doesn't look like a good replacement.

I've updated my M31 2 days ago, so far so good everything is working perfect and also its better than with the android 11,
I see some improvements and changes, it's just perfect 🥰 💞, however not major changes have been added . I think they should bring an update with more changes.

Yesterday Am updated android 12 (including one UI 4.1) Phone running slower than past version ( Android 11). I don't know am using that phone more than 2 yrs and I'm not having this types issues...
