I was happy with it for 1 month , now the phone has started freezing at least twice a day , during normal usage. I don't play any games. I think that I have made a mistake by buying it. Earlier I was using xiaomi phone, I changed to Samsung as it was a reliable brand and I didn't wanted to buy a Chinese product. Now I feel a bit let down.

Morris, 17 Oct 2020Same issue i had with my device ... I got it replaced but no luck but then i returned it BTW. Where did you buy yours from? Or do you know where yours was built? Mine is made in Vietnam, bought from Amazon.ae (UAE Version). It's possible that the units built in a different factory (for example made in India) do not suffer the same flaw. I noticed most of the M31s reviews seem to be using units made in India.

I got it replaced but no luck but then i returned it Oh No. I called the Samsung Service center and asked if this was a known issue with the model, or just my unit, and they assured me that it's not a flaw in the model. So, I just applied for a replacement. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Hopefully I'll have better luck with my replacement, otherwise I'll return it for refund. :-(
And then wait for Pixel 4a to become available in my region.

Please be aware that the M31s seems to have a defective Audio Jack design. It generates a static/buzzing noise anytime the device plays any sounds (like even when just typing), and it gets much louder while charging. I am disappointed that no reviewers seem to have bothered to test the audio jack. But I guess it's such a basic feature that no one would expect a company like Samsung to screw it up. My device has this issue, and after doing some research, I see others have reported that even their replacement device has the same issue. So it does not appear to be just some defective units, but rather a design flaw affecting all M31s. Seems Samsung forgot to design electrical noise isolation for the jack.

My Galaxy M31s takes around 3 hours to charge from 0 to 100 percent with the supplied in-box 25W adapter & USB-C cable. But the official website claims as just 97 minutes for the same.

The phone is good and the phone looks premium and it does not lags, the battery is good, the camera is damn good and worth it if you know how to click pictures,
