This phone was a gift to my mom in March 2021 and now the phone stopped working and it's getting into autostart mode. We contacted samsung and they say that the problem is with the mother board and that it would cost rs9000 . Not a joke at all. Samsung needs to refund customers for selling such defective models. We bought the phone for 18k

I am facing issues with the mother board after using the phone for only 13 months. When I visited the samsung service center they said they will be charge me Rs 8000 for fixing the mother board. Worst phone ever. Never buying Samsung phones ever again.

i am having issue with mother board. Why is it that many users get motherboard issue at the same time? With Samsung midrange and low level, I do not recommend because they compromise on hardware and software, just to end up a disaster. And if high end, its overpriced. Im moving to google pixel, I hate samsung. I wish I could have bought the poco x3.

I think its samsung policy that they give such software update that user force to buy their new phone. Very bad samsung policy, i never buy any samsung phone in future.
