It's a bad mobile. Don't buy this failure model
Dear sir/ madam
I bought samsung galaxy M31S 16 months ago.
Recently (14 may 2022) mobile has hanged continuously and I was handover the mobile to samsung store. Actually, there is a mother board complaint, but the samsung store people said power button problem, I was paid 1134 ruppees and the service man said the mobile is ok. I was check the mobile today by inserting SIM card, after inserting sim card immediately the same problem arises. I trust the samsung store people, I was belive there words but they fraud me.
It's very bad experience.
Really it's hurt me a lot,
Just 16 months how the mobile mother board has problem. I feel samsung has a brand but samsung Galaxy 31 S has a failure model.

Seems motherboard issue is common for this device, many such cases reported in 2022 including my own. Phone went dead in the middle of call, service centre told motherboard issue. Got it replaced after spending 8k as new device would drain min 20k. Suspected issue is the Software Update from Samsung. Is it an intentional bug in the software update to force users into buying new devices?

I spent my hard earned money on this useless product. After visiting service centre they told me Motherboard issue. In future i will never buy any samsung product. Rating 3 out of 10.

This phone sucks with motherboard damage just after one year. Never buy Exynos 9611 which is shit SoC and will get damaged after updates. Soln. is to delete all unnecessary apps and services using adb and if possible flash a light custom rom.

Please don't ever buy any of Samsung mobile, they don't have research done on their models completely, I'm also facing same motherboard issue, my phone restarting everywhen, will never ever purchase any of the Samsung product from now.

My M31s just shutdown automatically indefinitely! Terrible experience, just completed 1.4 years with the device.

Frequent restart issue. Motherboard cost around 9k. Only 1.5 years.
