Should I get this one or Realme 7 5G? I can get them at the same price($210) in an upcoming sale. Is there any other better choice that the two aside from Xiaomi devices?

I bought this phone in 23rd OCTOBER 2020 from Samsung Online Store..6 gb ram 128gb rom. everything's is fine until JANUARY 2021. Suddenly phone Didn't Charge with its 25w charger in the box.i have to visit there service centre and after 4days i got my phone back.They said they replaced the motherboard without any cost couse its just 3months old.and I lost every data such as photos, videos etc. Then after everything's run smoothly until now. Yesterday same thing happens again. Phone STOP CHARGING Again, and it's 17th MARCH that means it's not even 5 MONTHs old. I didn't expect that from SAMSUNG. Guys any suggestion what should I do now?

Video playback stops playing every now and then requiring restart. Tried Youtube or whatsapp videos but once problem starts will not start playback till restart. Anyone seeing same problem?

II have updated this phone to android 11, now i cant seem to get into the service menu to clear the cache.
Any ideas?

This Android 11 Update destroyed the sim data ( probably my phone only dont know). We have to take another sim. or before update, remove both sims and update the phone.

If you want to use another sim . You have to press number sim to change to another sim
