I am providing you some troubleshooting steps. Please follow them once you free and check the device after applying them.
Using Safe Mode on a Samsung galaxy M 51 phone or tablet allows you to force the device to run the essential operating system, and disable most 3rd party applications.
Steps to enter into Safe Mode:
Method 1:
1. Power off the device.
2. Press and hold the Power key for one or two seconds to turn on the device.
3. When the Samsung logo appears, press and hold the Volume down key.
Exit safe mode:
1. Press volume down and power key simultaneously for 5 seconds to restart the device.
2. Press the power key on the right hand side and tap on the restart icon on the screen.
3. Swipe down the notification panel to access it. Select the notification safe mode enabled and tap on n off to restart the device.

I don't understand why samsung has stopped making bigger phones . I would prefer another mega 6.3 like phone in 2020 .

Coming to m51 : I was confused till..
It's not that beautiful phone but it's a mid range beast.
Battery : Even amazing after the 2.5Update (gives 2 n half days backup in moderate usage) , not expecting this from Samsung but they did well.
Screen : As expected in this segment (amazing )
Software : no glitch yet,
Performance : not much away from high end Snapdragon even if multiple apps are opened
Features added which were missing after the update : secure folder , haptic vibrate
Though how many of us uses secure folder ??
Camera: after Gcam it's giving more accuracy in colors
Finger print reader : 95 out 100 times works
Cons : bulky , stock camera , vibration motor.

Oh, to add to my post below, I forgot to add. Thank you Samsung for the fingerprint sensor in the M51. The in-screen fingerprint reader in my A70 is frustrating. More than 50 % of the time it does not read my fingerprint and I have to draw a pattern.
Please, cell phone companies, do away with in-screen fingerprint readers. The ones on the back and sides are SO much better and more accurate. The M51 reads my fingerprint every time...and fast. I HATE in-screen fingerprint readers !

I bought this to replace my very similar Samsung A70. I bought the M51 last week primarily for its claimed large battery. It's a lovely phone in all respects, but I don't think the battery is as it's claimed. The battery is supposed to be around 70 % larger than my other phone which has the same screen size, however, I am only seeing about 10 - 20 % improvement in battery life. Maybe it's a bit early to know for sure, but that is what I am seeing. When I get a chance, I will do some tests running the same apps on both phones at the same time to see the difference. But it's a great phone, great cameras, great form factor. I can barely notice the slightly heavier weight - Samsung could have fitted a 10 000 A/h battery in there without weight being a factor

one of the most interesting things that the suggests that HarmonyOS 2.0 will be able to run Android apps and HarmonyOS apps in the same system to provide a 2 in 1 operating system.

It is a good 🤳 but the only problem which i have noticed here is just 1 and only 1 so far. In background the dam goole play services is really consuming good amount of battery and there is no way too stop it. As in samsung under apps google play services then battery it does not allow to disable the allow background activity... ahhh its like this stupid app is killing me.
I have done clear chache clear data of Google play service. Also done the wipe cache. But nope no vain. Plz someone through some light so that the phone can serve me better. Thanks in advance

DroidBoye, 14 Dec 2020You never actually said any supporting details about UDFP being "better" aside from ... moreIf you're talking about Samsung thn yes. I said flagships which include P40 Pro Plus or there's OP8 Pro they got optical. Optical isn't that bad comparing to the side FP.
I guess for you speed matters and i like the one in screen. It is more fancy/new tech and looks different.
In terms of security both give u same results. I dont mind speed

UD is far better thn side mounted... moreYou never actually said any supporting details about UDFP being "better" aside from saying that flagships does it. For instance, UDFP at this price-range will (highly probable) as optical in nature in which we all knew that has deficiency in detection speed and accuracy especially when you factor-in screen changes when you add tempered glass. Now you see, citing flagship Galaxies does not actually prove your point as they mainly use Ultrasonic. Side-mounted capacitive is still the better choice than an optical UDFP scanner.

UD is far better thn side mounted. I dont see any major difference removing from back and slapping it on the side of phone except the look of the phone.
And alot of people including me dont mind the 0.01 sec slower FP sensors

Samsung galaxy m51 is best and nice .i will give ratings 5star
Because m51 was phone , back camera and front camera is best, phone battery is best, touch screen is very smooth, and very speed.not hanging, not heating phone. Best mobile phone
