When power on the background is brown not black. I tried factory resetting, firmware downloading but nothing changes. It should be hardware problem.

My M51 display looks brownish or little faded. When it restarts, the background is not 100% black but has brown tinge. When I play video on YouTube, colors look faded compared to other LCD panel mobiles. Is that common or can we make it normal in the setting or there is any problem in the display?

Been using this phone since March 2021, the 7000 mAh really is a beast, my previous A50s perform really bad after 1 year of uses, so much lag & need to charge the phone 2-3 times a day. Feels so much different after changing it to M51, even after using this M51 for almost 2 years, performance & battery still the same as it come out from the box for the first time, never experienced any lag & performance issue, battery last for 2 days (3 days for light usage). Will be staying with this phone until samsung create another phone with monstrous battery, another 7000 or even better

One thing I dont like about M51, that samsung artificially did not included support for 4G+ (hardware supports it).
I tested speed using "speed test"app with my friend. We put phones next to each other, choose same server in speed test app and hit "Go" in same moment. His phone (some huawei with 4G+) showed about 4 times better speed than mine. Only difference his phone used 4g+, mine only 4g due to samsung's lame limit.
In everyday operation 4G does not feel lagged or slow, but still, wtf samsung. Stop your stupid marketing bullshit. If you want me to buy your top tier phones, make same big batteries like in M51. Otherwise - NO. I refuse.

M51 category mid low level while A51 is upper mid level, M51 has fewer features than A51, thats why only A51 will get 3 updates than M51, yeah M51 similar with J5 class

Using this phone for two years & totally satisfied. Excellent battery lasts for 3 days & the camera performance is better than many high-end phones. Not planning to buy a new phone as of now.

Shall be completing 2 years this Nov, with this device in my hand.
I was bit apprehensive after moving from Lenovo K8 Note (this worked excellently for 30 months uninterruptedly and on one fine the screen became white and said 'Hey Ram' forever. Tried at authorised service center as well as private but in vain...anyways) to Samsung M51 and would gladly say that it was a smooth transition. Good camera, good battery. Was just planning to go to Samsung S22, but shall not be doing that...M51 is superb in many aspect except price hahah....S22 is exorbitantly priced for so specific reason. Shall be investing in an exclusive flip mobile cover priced at INR 1800/- now for my M51. Let me continue using it still for few months. Thanks Samsung for this good device.

Its about 2 years i have it .
It was good but after android 12 i have several issues !
It get warm very fast ! When i wanna exit apps , sometimes i face a very weird issue with its animation while exiting !
My phone data and sim are facing issue and wont work until i restart my phone !
I m somehow disappointed !

Anonymous, 10 Sep 2022cause will make the phone more heavy I don't mind the weight of this phone.. It's not heavy at all. 7000 mah battery is the bonus, once you use it going back to 5000 battery feels downgrade..

one of the massive hightech feature things samsung embedded in this amazing device really feels glad to own this one as mine and almost using since 1 year ago no any problem without any lagging works very well all things from nfc payments-everything in it.battery also works very well though it also reaches upto 4 days of as my usage.Kudos to samsung pls make phone like this more my 1st phone purchased also of this company back in the 2016

Cameras are good too I particularly enjoy a Samsung phone after a long long time 🙂

I'm using this phone for almost 2 years, one of the best mid range phones samsung ever made, excelent preformance, camera, and battery life, already updated to Android 12 with no issues. Totaly satisfied with this phone.
