PISSED-OFF, 17 Jan 2014After updating last Monday, Jan. 13, I couldn't hear voice calls through internet connections ... moreHaha! That's exactly what I felt when I updated my Galaxy Grand last year, first week of December. That seemingly, harmless, 12.41MB worth of update did the most damage to my phone that I have no other recourse but to roll back from the previous version because even after reset and lost some very important data, the phone was still sluggish as $#!+!
Now, I own a Mega 5.8 and they still did the same. Samsung seems to have no sort of quality control when it comes to updates. Good thing I have not updated my Mega yet. Maybe, I have learned a valuable lesson from that experience.

something wrong about viber app, i'cant hear the other side, any solve???? urgently plz.
My problem is that.....in my mobile there is always appears on my screen...i.e.
