Hi Galaxy Mini users,
I have a query. I bought the cell 2 days back and today wanted to save a message as draft instead of discarding it. But could not find any options to do so. How to save a message in draft? Also, are there any templates like "I am in meeting, will call you later" etc.,? Thanks in advance.

im using this phone for abt 2 mos and i am absolutely liking it, my mother has the samsung star with 3.2 mp but this mini's 3mp cam is better!!! LOL at daylight....battery is OK, not stunning not dull, average hahaha.. android experience is more enjoying than iphone's... uhmmm big screen, . well this is my first touch screen phone so i was very sufficed with the speed and display, but as i live through this gadget, i am very determined to save money and sell this for 5k after 5-7 mos and go for such phone wd 1ghz, Li-po battery rather than li-ion, 5-8mp cam wd ledflash, gorilla amoled nova etc kind of display and screen, flash support, divx support, 3.5-4" display would help.... samsung is such great for seeing the needs of users for updates and i heard android future updates for this mob will ensure flash support and will fix so much problems esp battery...
I just bought a Galaxy Mini, i wasn't expect to much as it is a low end phone. but then, when i start using it. It was, SUPERB! The part i love most was the battery. Some people said it drains quickly but i notice the battery at first is 50%, i just use without charging it first ^^, After playing a while, let it idle, snap picture, wifi on, download from market play with GPS and right now it turn down to 18%, so 32% drained for 15 hours! Whoa!!
Does this phone support complex bitmap fonts that i can read bangla or hindi here.
hey can anyone help me how to set a tune from ma sd card to become msg tone
thus it support HD games like GTA AVATAR CRICKET etc...... plzzzzz tell me
There is no official android 2.3 Gingerbread updates are announced yet till now from Samsung and if there is an updates then you can download it by Kies Suite. Those who already upgraded to android 2.3 might be a beta release which already leaked on internet since 2 month ago. It's still has a few bugs such as you can't download program or getting error from Android Market. However updating to Gingerbread version 2.3.3 also is a good idea as it fixing many issues in the Froyo 2.2 plus added functionalities and better user interface. For all android fan, i've got little info about the advantage of Android 2.3 Gingerbread:
1- The overall user interface now has been substantially improved as with the use of Touch Wiz 3.0 Lite.
2- The battery bug will be solved in the next version which will be in the version of Gingerbread 2.3.4 for Samsung Galaxy mini, Ace, Gio.
3- Issue of frequent force closes in their gallery application which is now been fixed with this update of 2.3.3.
4- Free RAM too is increased and it also releases more RAM to the users directly so that the phone becomes much faster as the RAM availability has been increased.
5- flash update of 10.3 Adobe flash comes packed along with this update and also most importantly the Google Maps are now updated with this update so as to deliver the 3D Map view.
6- Many user also reported the issues regarding the Android Market Place where in users we getting error messages while they are on the slow internet speeds or even sometimes on Wi Fi which now has been solved by this update.
