gs2 power, 20 Dec 2011Better in what! Outdated hardware, baggie software, worst 5 MP camera ever LOL even iPhone 4 ... moreBelieve me its something different. Ist all new android its like a new iOS. As far the 5 mp camera it's very good. Don't forget if u like photos than bye a camera. U cannot value a phone just from camera. I have the phone and didn't notice that is outdated hardware, and baggie software. I just said that's its better than iPhone 4 and for sure better than your Sgs2.
I am the biggest nexus fan,However dissapointed at the fact only 5mp camera and no SD Card Slot.
(Please release an SD card version and 8mp Camera)
Australia currently only has 16GB version.
Looks like i'll hold onto my nexus one a litlle longer.
gs2 power, 20 Dec 2011Better in what! Outdated hardware, baggie software, worst 5 MP camera ever LOL even iPhone 4 ... moreSo what you're saying is that you own a Samsung Galaxy S II though you wish you had a Galaxy Nexus, ¿right? Is what all your rage says, no offence :)

Outdated hardware, baggie software, worst 5 MP camera ever LOL even iPhone 4 5 MP still 100 time better than galaxy nexus 5 MP with 1080p?! Galaxy s2 still the most powerful Android phone in the market. The only things nexus has it better than Android phones getting updates in time cause it's Google phone and I think half of the updates just to fix the bugs!?.
PS. Super Amoled HD it's not the best display cause it's a pentiles matrix unlike Super Amoled plus RBG matrix, BTW the best display right now it's LG nitro with HD IPS LCD display 1280x720.
Adrian, 17 Dec 2011With NO RADIO option it is not interesting for me.people still listening to radio??

SyathibiyMegat, 19 Dec 2011Galaxy Nexus is just another piece of crap without ICS. Heh.Piece of crap eh? I have the LTE Verizon with ICS 4.0.2 :-D BTW best phone ever!
I'm writing from my galaxy nexus. I had iPhone 4 than Samsung galaxy s2, now I bought galaxy nexus. Is far better than all phones that I had. Most of comments are written by people who don't own this phone. Very fast indeed, with this android is different experience
The specification say that the phone is compatible on 3G and LTE networks as well. I think these are 2 separate phones. The 'Verizon version' is the one that supports the LTE version and the 'European version' is the one that supports 3G and HSPA+.
The Final Decision will based upon the Audio Quality!
Gsmarena Please Dont Forget to test the Audio Quality like many of your previous Review...
Samsung SG II Was Out(Which SG I beats the Crap out of SG II)
AnonD-3346, 16 Dec 2011My Samsung Galaxy S II LTE (Rogers enhanced edition) is far better. Its specs are basically a ... moreyes, the SII is a great phone, fantastic even, and I doubted about it for a while (changeable SD-card e.g.) but it won't have vanilla ICS... that was the dealbreaker for me. And the screen of nexus appears to be better as well (though slightly)
Have the phone two days now, and it is really mindblowing. Speed, speed, speed, ICS lets multitasking be oh so easy, scroll through opened apps pr swipe away. Pictures are very good, also ultra rapid shutter, when you think of clicking the picture's almost already taken. Screen is big, bright and very sharp, detailed.
For the comparers : yes, the SII has 8MP cam, changeable SD-card and will get ICS soon. I hesitated for a while, but wanted the vanilla Google experience (after owning the Nexus One for 1.5yr). And it is awesome!
Checked it out today. It's too big! When does a phone become a tablet/small PC. I reckon 4 inches is the sweet spot for display size. Anything bigger becomes cumbersome. If the Motorola Atrix had better specs and less buggy software, it would be spot-on.
