The only things make this phone a good phone is Android 4.0 but the Galaxy 2, the HTC Rezound, the Moto Razr will beat it once update to ICS and that for sure.

Mr. PinkGun, 24 Nov 2011I don't think you can call 8Mpix to 5Mpix an upgradeI'd like you to know that a 5MP with an amazing sensor is better than a 8MP with an normal sensor. Seriously, anyone would see a really clear pic with a decent resolution instead of a distorted high res pic.
I have had nothing but problems so far. The sound bug is very frustrating and I get a lot of slow down when typing texts.
The main problem however is I can't access my music from the phone. I can get it to sync with Windows Media Player and Samsung PC studio but I can't access music from the media player on the phone! The files are there but the phone says there is no music. Is anybody else experiencing this issue?

Mobile Master, I didn't want to make you but the Razr and didn't even reply to you. Please don't mind my post and ignore them if you are hurt. By the way I did not compare the Nexus to the Razr. I did post the review of Galaxy Nexus which was compare to many device including the Razr. Please I will not reply to you again 'cause many people post bad comment on the Razr forum but I don't care and they got their own choice. Just control yourself and keep being a Samsung fan it is good for you. But don't mind my post 'cause I'm free to post here like you also like to post on Moto's forum. I'm not here for you, so forget about me.

You are here again to tell us that the Droid Razr is the best phone in the world? Why are you telling us this? You can't change our mind to go for the Razr. For example, you will not be able to "manipulate" me to buy the Razr. If I will buy it, I will buy because I like it, and not because you told me that it's worth to buy it. The Razr looks great, they will have a success, but I will remain with Samsung and HTC. Samsung makes many models, not like Motorola. They make a few devices for Europe. :P Now Samsung is the king of smart phones. They are working very hard, and you can see the results. In the past they made some mistakes, and Apple kicked them, but the CEO of Samsung said that they will not copy Apple. If you see this phone carefully, it looks different from the SG2, or Samsung Galaxy R. By the way I still don't believe that Motorola will take the crown from Samsung. Only time will tell us what will happen. :)
By the way now you can see even in this site that a Japanese phone is the thinness in the world, and I even posted a link to the Droid Razr forum.
Tons of new features! ive used it a i say this phone is a full upgrade to the samsung galaxy s2 and better than the iPhone 4S!
Ric, 23 Nov 2011the GPS is working? or is like on Galaxy S2 ...?GPS works on S2
I believe Galaxy Nexus is a very good device, specially with ICS Android 4.0 but this review give me a clear details by comparing the Galaxy Nexus to HTC Rezound, Galaxy S2 and the Moto Razr.
I'm so suprise that in the CPU text performance Moto Razr perform better than all of them by running Android 2.3.5 only.
Specs and Performance The Samsung Galaxy Nexus features a 1.2-GHz
dual-core TI OMAP4460 processor paired with
1GB of RAM. This is a different CPU than the
Samsung 1.2-GHz Exynos processor inside the
AT&T and Sprint Galaxy S II and the 1.5-GHz
Qualcomm Snapdragon S3 chip inside the T- Mobile S II. We're not sure why Google and
Samsung went with this processor, but we're
not complaining. On our tests, the Galaxy Nexus was super smooth
and responsive. The phone consistently launched
the App menu instantly and let us jump between
apps (such as the browser and Fruit Ninja) in a
second. Even with music playing in the
background, the camera app opened in less than 3 seconds. The smartphone also delivered
excellent graphics performance when we played
Riptide GP. The action never stuttered, and we
could make out detailed reflections in the rippling
water. The Galaxy Nexus delivered excellent, but not
best-in-class, benchmark results. For example, the
device notched a CPU score of 3680 in the
Benchmark app. That's better than the Samsung
Galaxy S II for Sprint (3,164) and the HTC Rezound
(3,120) but slightly behind the Motorola Droid RAZR (3,802).
If the Galaxy S2, the HTC Rezound, Moto Razr get ICS Android 4.0 will the Nexus have a chance perform better?
After all Moto Razr still my best choice with the best build quality, design and IMPOSSIBLY thin once It's receive Android 4.0 in 6 weeks after the Nexus release, It will show is real capability.
