Why would Google use a 5MP low-end snapper on a multimedia editing phone? It should have had at least an 8 or 12MP autofocus camera with low F number and large sensor, and probably even a Xenon flash.
Another cheap phone from both Samsung and disappointingly , Google
this is the best phone i ever saw, the only thing that is buging me is the camera, why is it 5MP, the standard is 8. design is great, the curved angle is very low and at first time I didnt saw it. I hope the price will be lower.
Choose this phone over any phone on market. Ice cream sandwhich softwear looks dangerous.
ALonZo, 20 Oct 2011Yawn......Another Samsung.........
I mean only Samsung bring out a new handset just as so m... moreIf you would have been curious enough to Google for
the "Nexus Project" you would know by now that this phone concept has nothing to to with Samsung except the fact that they produced the hardware for it.
In 2 months maximum the producer for the next Nexus device will be chosen by Google and it may very well not be Samsung again. And another Nexus device will be launched in 2012 fall and every one will wonder.
Come on people, understand what the Nexus project is before you comment on it.
Omar B, 20 Oct 2011It's a smartphone or a Pocket Tablet?Smart phone. It can fit in your pocket I think. :D

Tim, 20 Oct 2011Use some phones in real life then come to the forums to comment. This is the best comment that I've seen so far on here.
lakshya, 20 Oct 2011what if it would have had a HDMI port....8 mp....and sd card slot.....it would have been gem o... moreHDMI: Silicon Image MHD SiI9234 transmitter over MHL (same as Infuse 4G and GSII) all future phone will have this rather than a dedicated hdmi port
Ok so engadget got the device tornapart...does not impress GPU is allmost two yeas old its the same as on SGS...few other parts as well. but the results are the same as SGS2, so it sounds good. one major flaw is that theres no SD card slot and i use my SD card allot...for example back up! Enyone? And its better to secure my data than to some server! Sorry ...but seems that ill wait for SGS3
It barely showed up and already face unlock recognition failed. This toy was supposed to be my new entertainment piece but now HTC my only hope, given the fact that Taiwan improves their dependability factor. Until then...ta ta
Pretty sure the Galaxy Nexus will have HDMI output through the MHL connector. Otherwise how would they have projected the phone's output on the big screen during the launch?
the rumored model of this phone was better, but this design is disappointing!!
I was sold until I saw there was no Micro-sd slot makes no sense what so ever a phone this epic does not have one. Looks like I will be getting a GSII after all
