Turn it on and wait for the Samsung splash logo to appear after the Powered by Android logo and plug the charger at that exact moment.
Wait for your phone to boot normally and check if it is charging

Speed when browsing is good. Battery good depending how often I'm on it. I've had no problems using this phone. My best note to date:)

I am not too bothered about the Bluetooth functionality as I never used it. So for me switching off the air commands was perfect solution without buying new spen

DARC, 02 Sep 2022I switched off air command and it's working just fine. I was referring to the loss of Bluetooth functionality. I've tried resetting it but the phone just fails to connect to it. Scanning for the S Pen is also unsuccessful. All other functions(that is Bluetooth independent) never stopped working.

You can buy the 4g version no sweat, it's cheaper and works perfect on android 12 4.1 ui! The 5g for now, in any country, doesn't have the coverage! So it doesn't worth the extra money! Cheers.

Is anyone using VOLTE? Do you have any problems? I think voices call quality got worse after volte introduction. Any thoughts?

Please who's using Samsung note 10 plus 5g version , how is the battery backup and browsing speed because I am not certain if I should buy the normal note 10 plus or the 5g version . Someone please help me out . It's urgent and I'm in Nigeria so I will prefer anyone who is using the global version to reply ASAP and even if yours is a Snapdragon model also reply , thanks

Nel, 20 Aug 2022I had one since 2020. Worst Samsung phone ever!!Apart from the Notes 7 and 8 I've been using Galaxy S and Note series phones since the Galaxy S2 in 2011. This has been my best Samsung phone so far. I always expect my newest phone to provide the best experience I've had. I've used it daily since November 2019 and have no complaints.

So i thought of cleaning the port by blowing on it. And damn it showed the moisture warning. I thought there must be a moisture so i kept it in a rice bag for a day and I just plugged it in and the warning appeared. I tried and find every possilbe way but finally after 3-4 days i solved it. Just be calm switch off your device and take an isopropyl and a toothbrush just slightly rub it wait for 5-10 mins and try it should work and if not the check the port both cable and your device
